Rapidely's analytics section provides potent insights into your content's performance on various social media platforms. With an intuitive interface, you have access to essential metrics that allow you to track post engagement and follower growth, enabling you to refine your social media strategies effectively.
In the Analytics
section, you'll find a summary of your posts over the last 30 days.
The summary will show the channel, content pillar, Reach, Engagement, and Engagement Rate.
By clicking on a post in the list, a detailed popup will display further metrics.
Understanding your followers’ trends is crucial in assessing your social media impact and presence.
At the top of the analytics page, connected social channels are displayed along with the number of followers and their evolution over the last 30 days.
Clicking on the follower statistic reveals a chart showcasing daily follower growth or decline.
Clicking on the download icons in either section allows you to download the related data in .csv format.
With access to immediate data and trends, you’re in a better position to:
Adapt content to improve reach and engagement.
Determine which content pillars are most compelling for your followers.
Strategically target your social media efforts for audience growth.
Validate your social media strategy with empirical data.
Here are the key metrics to watch closely, ranked in order of importance:
Engagement Rate: The percentage of people who interacted with your post out of the total number of people who saw it. This is the most important metric because it reflects your audience's genuine interest in your content.
Reach: The number of unique people who saw your post. A crucial indicator for the awareness and visibility of your profile.
Comments: These show a deeper level of interest and allow you to start conversations with your audience. Aim to spark meaningful comments by asking questions, starting discussions, etc.
Shares: These amplify the reach of your content and help you connect with new people. A share means your content resonated enough to be recommended to others.
Views: The number of times your post was seen (especially relevant for videos). Helpful for gauging the attractiveness of your content, but not as important as engagement.
Likes: These indicate that your audience likes your content, but don't rely on them alone! A like is an easy and quick interaction and doesn't always reflect deep interest.
By regularly visiting the Analytics and Insights section of Rapidely, you keep your finger on the pulse of your social media campaigns, ensuring you can anticipate and respond to changes in audience behavior and platform dynamics.
