In this guide, we cover all you need to know about managing your subscription details via your Rapidely account.
Whether you're looking to upgrade for more features, changing your billing address, credit card or downloading invoices, managing your subscription plan is straightforward.
Here’s how to manage your subscription:
Log in to your Rapidely account.
On the home page, click on your profile in the top menu right
Click on User & Subscription settings
Click on Subscription in the side menu
Click on Open Stripe
The Stripe subscription window will open
Within Stripe's secure environment, you can:
update your plan
update your credit card
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Log in to your Rapidely account.
On the home page, click on your profile in the top menu right
Click on User & Subscription settings
Click on Subscription in the side menu
Click on Cancel Subscription
Complete the short questionnaire provided. This is to gather feedback and understand the reasons behind your decision to cancel.
On the last step, we provide you with a detailed list of what will happen when you cancel. Please read it carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
Check the box next to "I've read and understood what happens when I cancel."
Click on the "Cancel subscription" button.
Without completing the above steps, including the questionnaire and the acknowledgment, your subscription cannot be cancelled.
Once the subscription is cancelled:
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address confirming the cancellation of your subscription.
The end date of your subscription will appear at the top of the screen, indicating when your access to the service will officially end.
If you decide not to cancel your subscription after all, you can always reactivate it to continue enjoying all the benefits and services on offer.
Here are the steps to follow to reactivate your subscription:
Log in to your account on the website.
Go to the "subscription" section in your user settings.
Click on the "Reactivate subscription" button.
