Avoid using Safari > switch to Chrome
Clear your cookies
When you use our system, the browser stores information in cookies to speed up the site and avoid downloading "fixed" elements every time. When our system is updated, these elements change, and this creates new elements in the cookies but doesn't "clear" the old ones. If our site is slow on your browser, try clearing the cookies for rapidely.app (if this option is available) or clear all of your cookies, then try again.
Turn off Browser Extensions & Ad Blockers
If you are still experiencing slowness, try turning off your browser extensions. In particular, ad blockers tend to create problems. You can turn off your ad blocker on our site... we never advertise ;)
