Changing or resetting your password

If you need to change your password, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Rapidely account.

2. On the home page, click on your profile in the top menu right

3. Click on User & Subscription settings

Login with Google

If you're connected with Google, you cannot directly change your password through our site's Password section. This is because your account login is managed through Google's authentication system, giving it a layer of security and convenience by not requiring you to remember an additional password for our site.

To switch to using a password specific to our website, you'll need to first disconnect your account from Google. Doing so, however, means you'll lose the added security that comes with Google's two-factor authentication and risk management systems, making your account potentially less secure.
