When you visit the Settings menu, you will immediately see a succinct summary of your AI token consumption in relation to your monthly limit. This allows you to quickly gauge your current usage and plan accordingly for the remainder of the period.
One of the main questions we get is "will it be enough" ?
Yes, you're typically allotted a generous number of tokens each month. We've calibrated the amount to support robust AI usage under normal circumstances—such as creating and posting content once daily for a month. To date, it's been rare for users to exhaust their tokens; this has primarily occurred in instances where users attempted to generate content for an entire year in one session.
If you manage several accounts or require a higher token limit for your usage patterns, you can easily upgrade to a multi-account subscription, which provides an expanded pool of tokens to accommodate your enhanced needs.
Think of tokens like arcade coins—the more you play (or use advanced AI features), the more you use up. For non-technical folks, you don't need to worry about the AI complexities; just know that each task AI performs for you costs a certain number of tokens, much like each game at an arcade costs a certain number of coins.
Example: Generating a Social Media Caption
Let's say you want to create a catchy caption for your next Instagram post. You go to the Post Composer feature, select the option to generate a caption, and let the AI work its magic. Generating this caption will use up part of your tokens.
Here's a simplified breakdown of how that might look:
Start with your monthly token allowance—imagine you have 250'000 tokens at the beginning of the month.
You request a social media caption, which uses up 600 tokens.
Your balance would then be 249'400 tokens after this activity.
Each time you request an AI service—like a caption, content idea, or new post layout—you 'spend' tokens.
You can keep track of your tokens to manage your usage over the month, ensuring you have enough to cover your content creation needs until the reset.
Essentially, as you use the platform's AI-driven features throughout the month, tokens are subtracted from your balance based on the complexity and resource necessity of the AI tasks.
