To ensure your posts get reviewed on time, Rapidely provides an automatic reminder system that sends emails to your reviewers if they haven't reviewed a post within the set deadline. Here's how to set it up.
In Settings > Clients > specify the advance notice for reminders by entering the number of days before the due date. For example, enter '2' to send out reminders two days before a post's scheduled publication date.
Toggle on the automatic reminder feature to have Rapidely send out emails to all your designated reviewers without manual intervention when the deadline approaches.
All reviewers connected to your account receive these reminders, ensuring no one misses the review period.
Decide and confirm the action to be taken if posts are not validated within the set timeframe:
If your preference is to publish the post regardless, it will go live as scheduled.
Alternatively, you can choose to require manual scheduling or posting if the post remains unapproved when the deadline passes.
Send Example Email’ allows you to receive a demonstration reminder email. This helps you preview and confirm the tone and information included.
On the Settings > Communication page, you can:
Set up the email signature for all outgoing client emails

View the status of emails sent to clients.
Maintain oversight of your communication with reviewers through the Email History log. This feature allows you to track the status of each email sent, giving you valuable insights into reviewer engagement and ensuring no request gets overlooked.
