Technical & subscriptions questions

Start with documentation

Support availability

Our dedicated support team is available on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM CET. For times when we are not online, you can leave a message, and we will respond as promptly as possible.

Important Note for Support Interaction

We cannot answer technical questions from other platforms than ours. If you have a problem with a Meta, Canva or other tool, you should contact their support.

Please be respectful and polite

We expect all interactions with our support staff to be conducted with courtesy and respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any unacceptable, impolite, or threatening behavior. Offenders will be banned from chat, and in severe cases, from our platform without a refund. Legal action may also be pursued where threats are involved.
