Sometimes, despite the fact that your accounts "look like they're properly connected", there are missing authorizations that cause errors when posting or retrieving statistics.
If you receive an error message or an e-mail from us informing you of a permissions problem, you need to go back to your Facebook / Instagram permissions and make sure that all options are property enabled.
Open Settings > Social media Accounts > manage connections
again
Disconnect the account again, then reconnect
If this doesn't solve the error, try the following steps.
If you're managing multiple accounts, make sure you're property connected to the Facebook profile that has permissions to manage the page that has permissions concerns.
In the list of connected tools, find Ayrshare and click on View and Edit.
Activate ALL PERMISSIONS on all pages and features. If you don't, you'll always get permission errors. If the popup shows you pages/accounts, make sure they're all selected and that all functions are enabled. If the popup just shows features, make sure they're all enabled.
Click on Save
Logout of your facebook account before going back to rapidely
Close the linking page and > open statistics page
The system should update the history (updating the date of the last update)
Remove the Ayrshare app
If you still get an error message despite:
your instagram account is connected to a Facebook page
that all the accounts selected
all the permissions enabled
unlinking and relinking Ayrshare in the Facebook admin page
