As the year draws to a close, we've been working behind the scenes to stabilize our infrastructure and enhance our efficiency—improvements that are often invisible but essential for the future evolution of Rapidely. Our ongoing backend efforts lay the fertile ground on which the significant changes of 2024 will flourish.
Alongside these foundational endeavors, we are excited to showcase some of the enhancements that are immediately visible:
No more copying a post one platform at a time! Select an account and copy it across several social networks simultaneously with just a few clicks.
With our updated calendar, you can now select a month via a popup instead of flipping through one month at a time.
You can also reprogramm a scheduled post by draging and dropping it onto a new date.
We've also improved the loading speed considerably.
We understand that unexpected issues can be frustrating, which is why our system is now programmed to automatically attempt a publication a second time should the initial attempt fail. Peace of mind for you!
To ensure that any issues encountered are swiftly resolved, we have strengthened communication around publication errors:
Handy information bubbles now appear in the calendar and lists.
Explanatory emails are sent out, containing clear instructions for correcting errors.
Our help articles have been enriched with detailed instructions to prevent mishaps.
New checks have been instituted during content preparation, minimizing concerns at the crucial moment of publication.
An informative bar now proudly sits at the top of the homepage to keep you informed of everything.
Your data's security is priceless, so we've added a confirmation step in the account deletion process. For those managing multiple accounts, it's now possible to choose another main account.
We have eradicated several bugs:
Thumbnails for Reels/Videos disappearing after a page refresh are now a thing of the past.
Our OpenAI prompts, now perfectly in tune with the latest version of the OpenAI models.
Opening/closing the post creator is now as quick as a wink.
And goodbye to those intrusive quotation marks that used to sneak into the AI's chat responses.
