✏️Entering your VAT number

For businesses, especially in the European Union, VAT numbers are necessary for tax purposes. If you need to have your VAT number included on your invoices, here's how you can enter it into Rapidely through Stripe:

1. Log in to your Rapidely account.

2. On the home page, click on your profile in the top menu right

   
3. Click on User & Subscription Settings

4. Click on Subscription menu

5. Open Stripe

6. Within Stripe, in the Billing information section, click on Update information and enter your VAT number in the appropriate field. Ensure the VAT number is correct and corresponds with your business.

7. Save your changes so that your VAT number will be automatically included in all future invoicing.

When your VAT number is saved in Stripe, it ensures compliance with local tax regulations and that your invoices reflect the correct tax information for your business.

Remember to insert your VAT number promptly, as any invoices already generated cannot be altered.
