To connect a Linkedin business account, you need Super Admin permissions.
Content admin or Analyst roles cannot connect to third-party tools.
To ensure you have the correct access:
Open your LinkedIn business account.
Click on settings in the left menu.
Select manage Admins.
You'll see a list of account admins and their roles.
Modify the role or add the user as needed, and it should resolve the issue.
