Connecting with Google

Rapidely places a high priority on user security and strongly recommends linking your account to Google Sign-In for an added layer of protection.

Link with Google

If you already have a User account that is not linked to Google, here are the steps to take:

1. Log in to your Rapidely account.

2. Once loggedin > click on your name in the upper-right corner of the dashboard and open settings.

3. In the user info section, click on Connect with Google.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions, which may include signing into your Google account and granting necessary permissions.

5. Once linked, you can sign in to Rapidely using Google, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

6. Linking your Google account does not allow Rapidely access to your Google password or other unrelated Google account information.

Disconnect from Google

If you no longer wish to use your Google account as a sign-in method on our platform:

1. Visit the Google connections page at this address: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

2. Look for Rapidely and click on Remove Access.

Afterwards, come back to Rapidely and proceed as follows:

• Open the login page and enter your email address (the same one you used to create your account).

• Click on Forgotten Password? and we will send you an email to enter / reset your password.
