👬Posting to multiple channels

The "Make a copy" feature allows you to quickly create:

• an exact copy of an existing post for one or several social networks OR

• to have the AI slightly rewrite the caption to better suit the style of a different platform.

This means less work for you and slightly varied posts without the need to rewrite everything from scratch.

How to Use It?

1. Open the post you want to duplicate.

2. Click on then Make a copy

1. Select the Date

2. If you have multiple accounts, you can choose to make a copy on the current account or another one.

3. Select one or several social networks for which you want a copy.

4. Select between Make a copy and Rewrite.

   • If you choose Make a copy, the app will make an exact copy of your post.

   • If you choose Rewrite, Rapidely's AI will attempt to rewrite the caption of your post so that it better adapts to the platform you plan to publish on.

5. Your post will be available in your calendar once it's been created.

If a post has been prepared and published outside of Rapidely, note that the images will not be duplicated since we do not have access to them.
