Collaborating with clients can be time-consuming and chaotic. Gathering ideas, tracking events, encouraging client participation, and locating scattered media assets can be challenging.
But with our Contribution feature, all collaboration happens in one centralized space, streamlining the process and enhancing productivity.
A centralized hub for client contributions, allowing your clients and contributors to seamlessly submit:
Post Ideas: Easily convert client suggestions into polished social media posts.
Upcoming Events: Keep everyone in the loop by adding client events directly to your content calendar.
Media Files : Streamline asset sharing with a dedicated space for clients to upload images and videos, eliminating the hassle of external platforms.
The client will add a post idea or event in their Client Collaboration View
You will be notified:
in the dashboard and in the collaboration overview section of the app
and by email (if you've set it up in the User Settings)
Click on the contribution and from the popup you can create a post from the idea or add the event to the calendar.
Clients can also track the progress of their ideas from submission to publication in the new Client Collaboration view enhancing transparency and collaboration.
