Here's a quick reminder of our refund policy, tailored to each situation:
We offer a free trial period so you can test our service with no obligation.
If you decide not to subscribe to a paid plan, from the app before the end of the trial period.
After this period, no refund will be granted, in accordance with the you accepted when you signed up.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, we don't skimp on reminders:
The date of your first payment is clearly indicated when you register.
The registration confirmation also mentions the date and time of the end of the free trial.
A reminder of the date and time of the end of your free trial remains displayed at the top of the application.
You will receive a welcome email with all the important information, including the end date of your free trial, when you register.
A reminder email is also sent to you 24 hours before the end of your free trial.
Monthly subscriptions are renewed automatically each month.
However, you will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period, and your subscription will terminate at the end of the paid period.
