📤How to post or schedule to social media

Before you can post to social media, you will need to connect your social accounts.

1. Prepare your post

2. Click on the Plan or Publish button that is under the preview (or on the date in the preview)

3. Choose either post immediately or schedule post

4. If scheduling, choose the date and time you want to post

5. While the post publishing or scheduling is running, it will appear as running in the calendar.

6. The post will appear as scheduled or posted in the calendar

Tiktok and LinkedIn video processing can take several minutes to complete. It will show up posted once the video has processed.

Cancelling a scheduled post

If you've decided to cancel or modify a scheduled post, start by unscheduling the post.

1. In the calendar > click on the post to open it

2. The post details will open in a popup

3. Click on Unschedule Post

Posting to multiple platforms

Use the "make a copy" feature to create copies of your post for other platforms.
