Empty screen

If you're getting a white screen instead of a list of accounts to connect (or nothing is happening) here are the troubleshooting steps.

Normally when you open the panel to connect your accounts, you should see a page with different social platforms to connect, but sometimes this page is empty or nothing happens when you click on a network.

If you don't see the social networks, it's always linked to the browser.

It can either be out of date, or has cookies or an extension interfering. Here are the steps to try to solve the problem:

  1. Turn off all your extensions as they can often interfere with this step (most known ones are the translation or grammar correction extensions).

  1. Close your browser and restart your computer.

  2. Try connecting again

If it still doesn't work:

  1. Check that your browser is on the latest version. If not, update it.

  2. If you're using any other browser than Chrome, try with Chrome.

  3. Empty your cookies and browsing history.

  4. Restart your computer.

  5. Try connecting again

Turn off any translation of the page forever. More Translate... > Never translate page.

And if that still doesn't work, please , indicating everything you've tried so far, along with a complete copy of your screen.
