Change your billing address

Invoice Address update

If you need to change your payment or billing information for future invoices, you can do so before your next billing cycle to avoid any inaccuracies.

  1. Log in to your Rapidely account.

  2. On the home page, click on your profile in the top menu right

  3. Click on User & Subscription Settings

  4. Click on Subscription menu

  5. Open Stripe

  6. In Stripe, in the Billing information section, click on Update information and enter your billing address.

Once an invoice has been issued, we cannot reissue or modify it. Make sure you review and update all your billing information in Stripe before the payment process to ensure that each invoice contains the correct details.
