Seamless Collaboration, Every Step of the Way

Workflow is where the magic of collaboration happens. Assign posts to different stages, delegate tasks to team members, and have a structured approval process that includes sending posts for client review.

No more juggling emails, messages, and approvals! With our Workflow, you can:

  • Design your ideal workflow: Create a customized roadmap with specific steps for internal review, client validation, writing, design, final checks, and more.

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities: Keep everyone accountable by designating team members for each step, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

  • Automate your work: Seamlessly move content through the pipeline with automatic notifications and step progressions, minimizing manual effort and delays.

  • Integrate essential client feedback: Incorporate two dedicated client collaboration steps:

    • Client Idea Validation: Get client approval on post ideas before investing time in content creation, ensuring alignment and minimizing revisions.

    • Client Post Validation: Secure final approval on completed posts, offering flexible options to either progress to another internal step, mark the post as ready for manual publishing, or schedule it for automatic posting.

How to use the Workflow

Set up your workflow

Start by setting up your team, clients and workflow steps as needed.

Access the Workflow

  • Top menu > Collaborate

  • Click on Workflow

Move Posts

Worfklow view: Drag and drop posts to different steps as they progress through your workflow.

Composer page: assign a workflow step in the top menu.

When a step is assigned to a Team member, they will be notified by email and in the app that a new task awaits them.

Notify Clients when they need to review posts.

Once all the posts for client review are ready in their respective steps you can send an email to your clients informing them that they have posts to review.

  1. click the cogwheel icon

  2. select "Send email to Clients"

  3. choose the recipients

  4. add a title and some text

  5. click send

This sends an email directly to your clients, prompting them to review and approve the content.

See what your clients will recieve

If you want to see what your clients recieve before sending, you can click on the "send test email" button

Save texts to reuse later

Before sending, click on save text to have the system save the title and text for later use


Other workflow actions

Use the cogwheel menu to quickly access:

  • Workflow Settings: To modify your workflow steps and configurations.

  • Client Settings: To manage your client list, permissions, and access levels.

  • Preview client view: See exactly how your workflow and content appear to your clients.
