New Team member - getting started

You've been invited to join a team? Welcome to Rapidely!

We're thrilled to have you on board and eager to help you quickly get up to speed with your new team account.

Set your password and login

  1. Contained within the welcome email is a special invitation link. Click on the button to choose a secure password for your account.

  2. Upon setting your password, you'll be automatically logged into the system.

White list and organise emails

Make sure to add our email to your "white list" and set a rule or folder for emails coming from rapidely. You will be receiving email notifications when things happen on the accounts you're a part of.

Didn't receive an invitation email?

Check our spam emails and if our email ended up there > move it to your Inbox and confirm that's where you want to get these emails in the future.

First steps

Your account / Team accounts

When you're invited to a team, we create one User Profile and one Strategy Account for you.

In addition, your team will also have given you access to one of more of their Strategy Accounts.

To see what Accounts you have access to, simply click on the 'Accounts' section, which you'll find at the bottom left of the menu. Here, you can see all the accounts you will be working on.

No Team Accounts ?

No worries. Just reach out to the kind person who invited you to the team so they can ensure you're added to the right accounts.
