Our advanced Comments Management feature streamlines how you view and respond to social media comments, making your social media interaction efficient and effective.
Rapidely analyzes your readers' comments to help you understand the overall opinion of each comment, without having to read it in detail.
Comments from your social media platforms are imported automatically into the system, ensuring you never miss out on engaging with your audience.
To view comments:
Navigate to the Comments section in the Engage section
Here, all comments are displayed. You can see both new and previously answered comments.
Responding to comments is straightforward, and with AI assistance, it's also quick and personalized:
Click on the comment you wish to reply to.
Your reply is automatically marked as completed in the system.
Should you need to initiate conversations or make announcements, you can also post first-level comments:
Type your comment or use the AI to craft it.
Post your comment directly onto your social media platform from the dashboard.
For frequently asked questions or common responses, save time using quick replies:
Click on "Browse saved replies" in the reply group.
Add a new reply if needed
Every comment you reply to is marked as completed, helping you keep track of your interactions.
To focus on what needs your attention, filter on unanswered comments:
Use the Filter "not answered" option to filter the list of posts in the post list
Use the Filter "not answered" option to filter the list of comments in the comments list
Question: This comment asks a question.
Product: This comment relates to a specific product, service or feature.
Positive: This comment expresses a positive sentiment, using encouraging words, an enthusiastic tone or positive emojis.
Needs Attention: This comment may contain negative sentiment, constructive criticism, or negative emojis. It deserves your attention to fully understand your users' pain points.
Type your reply or Click on AI assist toggle to get a reply suggestion from the AI.
If the AI-crafted response isn’t quite right, click on the Chat icon to continue chatting with the AI until it mirrors what you wanted to say
Post your reply by clicking on the send icon
Click on the + comment icon in the top right of the post section.
Click on the copy/paste icon to copy it to the reply field
