🌻 Hello everyone!
We hope you're all doing well. Here at rapidely, no rest for the dev team 🕶. Anna & Dee have been hard at work and are delighted to present our latest updates.
You've told us what a pain it can be to get your posts approved before you publish them.
Having to copy and paste posts images and captions into emails, endlessly exchanging on WhatsApp, or duplicating content in Notion files, not to mention wasting time sending reminders or not having a clear view on the status of approvals. These fragmented processes hinder not only your productivity, but also the visibility and tracking of approvals.
That's why we've developed this integrated, simple and fluid solution for you to manage approvals headache-free, while giving you a clear overview of the process in the new Workflow and with a brand-new approval page for the Client (client view).
Designed to help you stay organized and collaborate with your team and customers during the content creation process, now consists of three areas:
Internal workflow: The internal workflow is your creative sandbox. This is where you and your team come together to brainstorm, strategize and create your content.
Client review step: This is where your customers or reviewers come in. This crucial stage of the process ensures that your posts are reviewed and approved before going live.
Publishing step: The stage where you park completed posts until they are published.
Each "customer validation" page has a unique URL accessible via mobile or desktop by the reviewers listed in the account settings. This page is divided into convenient sections giving your customers an overview of their upcoming posts and the status of their reviewers.
Add your reviewers in the customer review settings
When a post is ready for review, add it to the Customer Validation step in the workflow.
Send an email directly to your reviewers from rapidely when everything is ready.
Reviewers click the button in the email which opens the Client page directly (no password to remember) and can view the posts in their Client page.
From their Client view, reviewers can approve the post or request a modification from a computer or mobile device.
When a post is approved by the reviewer, it goes straight to the publication stage, waiting for the big day.
When the post is published, it disappears from the customer view and workflow.
You can also activate automatic email reminders to your customers if they have not reviewed a post within the allotted time.
We've designed this feature to make your collaborations and approvals smoother and more efficient, and we can't wait to hear from you.
If you like it, come and chat with us 💬 - we'd love to hear from you. And because it's a new product, there may still be a few bugs we didn't spot during testing. If you find one, please let us know. We're counting on you!
To find out more about this feature and how to use it, see our documentation.
We've also spent quite a bit of time updating the new documentation here in Gitbook and continue to add to it as we go along. We have to say we love this platform and they have a great new AI "lens" tool that answers your questions 🤖 in the search bar. Try it out, it's amazing.
We've switched our platform chat provider from Crisp to Talk! from Ortto, and we're loving their AI feature too, which prepares answers based on documentation and our previous exchanges. Of course, we're still the ones answering, but it saves us a lot of time.
We've also made some improvements to events/campaigns. You can now link posts to campaigns, and filter posts by campaign in the post list.
To save space, our side menu is now retractable for better organization of your workspace.
After a test without the titles to save space, several of you asked for them to be put back, and now they are ;) We've also given more room to images and added a new filter on post status.
We're continuing to resolve bugs related to our new social media post feature (Beta), image processing and strategy. Keep reporting them to us by clicking in the chat when you see them 🙏
We have several enhancements planned for the coming months, including:
social media comment management, workflow improvements and new AI prompts, a global dashboard view, monthly reports to be sent to customers, as well as the start of migration to new technology including a mobile app (late 2023 - Q1 2024).
We plan to retire the old V3 version at the end of August that some of you still have access to. If you have any questions, please contact us in the platform chat.
If you encounter any problems with these new products, don't hesitate to contact us in the chat. And if you have any ideas for improvements, please add them to our feature request list https://rapidely.app/version-test/system_request_dash. We always appreciate your feedback and suggestions to keep improving our system.
We can't wait for you to try out these new features, and can't wait to hear what you think! Your feedback helps us continue to improve and provide the best tool for your social media strategy.
Thank you for being part of our community!
