Refunds
Here are the two conditions under which we offer a refund.
You cancelled in the system and received a confirmation email confirming the cancellation, but are still charged. This sometimes happens when our payment system and operating system fail to speak to each other. If this happens to you, please contact our support with your cancellation email handy, and we'll take care of it asap.
You forgot to cancel your yearly subscription and contact us within 48 hours of the invoice going through. In this case, we will refund 80% of the invoice to cover the card and administrative fees.
