Know where you're at in one glance

Seeing where you're at with your content strategy in a glance is a massive time saver. That's why we've incorporated visual symbols to provide you with instant, visual cues to help you quickly understand where your post is in the workflow process.

Hover your mouse over the different symbols to see their tooltip and what they mean.

Here's a rundown of the three key symbols you'll encounter:

1. Calendar Warning Symbol 📆 This symbol indicates the status of your post's scheduling. You'll see this symbol if:

   • Your post is missing a scheduled date.

   • Your post's scheduled date is approaching.

   • Your post's scheduled date is in the past.

2. Warning Symbol ⚠️ This symbol acts as an alert. It indicates that your post cannot be published as it currently is and requires your attention for modifications. Click on the post to open it and view the warnning.
3. Comment Bubble Symbol 💬 This symbol allows you to view the reviewer's comment in a tooltip. It's a quick way to see feedback without opening the full review.
