5️⃣Use the Month of Ideas suggestions

Once rapidely's AI has generated a month's worth of content ideas, it's essential to review them to ensure they align with your brand's objectives and preferences.

• Review the Ideas: Carefully go through each idea to make sure it's relevant and appropriate for your social media channels. For every idea, you'll find the date, a title, a short description, the corresponding content pillar, and the format.

• Edit Ideas: If an idea is close to what you want but needs minor adjustments, simply click directly on the text of the idea to edit it. This allows you to fine-tune the content to suit your needs better.

• Regenerate Ideas: If you find an idea that doesn't align with your brand or strategy, you can request a new idea by clicking on the double arrow icon on the right. To help the AI understand your requirements, briefly explain what's wrong with the current idea or describe an alternative idea you'd like to explore. Then, click the "Give Me a New Idea" button.

Curating and Managing Your Content Ideas

Once you're happy with the generated content ideas, you can easily select and manage them using the following steps:

1. Select Your Ideas: Click on the checkbox in front of each idea you like, or select all of them by clicking the "Select All" checkbox at the top.

2. Choose an Action: After selecting your ideas, click on the "Move X Selected Ideas" button at the top and choose one of the following actions:

   • Move to Calendar: The selected ideas will disappear from the list and appear in your content calendar, ready for scheduling.

   • Move to Calendar & Create Content: The selected ideas will disappear from the list, appear in your content calendar, and the AI will create the content for each idea, including captions, design suggestions, and carousel texts. Note: If you've selected many ideas, this action may take several minutes to complete as the AI creates content for each one. You'll see a blue loading circle on the top right corner of the calendar, indicating that the AI is still creating content, and ideas will appear gradually in your calendar.

   • Move to My Ideas: The selected ideas will disappear from the list and appear in the "My Ideas" section (accessible from the left menu). No content will be created, but you'll be able to create a post from these ideas later. This is useful if you want to save an idea for future use but not include it in your upcoming posts.

   • Delete Selected: The selected ideas will be removed and not saved anywhere.
