Trouble connecting an Instagram account

If you're facing issues while trying to connect your Instagram accounts and either don't see them in the list, or receive an error message, try the following steps.
Ensure that your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page.
If one or both of these steps are missing or incorrect, make the necessary adjustments.
If you have a Business/Creator account and it is linked to a Facebook page, follow these steps to check your settings:
Navigate to Home > Engage > ⚙️ Connected social channels
to open the account management panel
Click on Instagram -> Continue with Setup
on the pop-up window that appears.
Do not click continue. Click on Edit Settings
to access Facebook permissions.
Ensure ALL the Instagram accounts you want to connect are correctly selected.
Verify that ALL Facebook pages linked to your Instagram accounts are also accurately selected.
Turn ALL authorizations to YES
Then choose your Instagram account again and if there are no other issues, you should get a success message.
If you still get an error message despite:
having the right type of account
that it is connected to a Facebook page
that all the accounts selected
all the permissions enabled
