In addition to the client approval elements showing in your workflow, you can also manage the client review status and comments in the post composer page.
In the Workflow drop down, you can directly move the post into the Client Review stage without having to close the post.
Click on the Workflow element in the menu
Choose Client Review
As soon as the post enters the client review workflow stage, a color bar appears at the top of the post with client review status and indicates if there are any comments.
You can leave a comment about the post or view comments left by the reviewer in the Client Comments side panel.
To open the Client comments side panel:
Click on View Comment in the bar (or Collaboration menu > Client comments)
In the Client comments side panel you can:
Leave a message or information about the post for your reviewer.
See comments left by your reviewer
Mark the post as updated with requested changes
Leave a message about the changes made
Send an email to your reviewers
When the client (reviewer) has requested a modification and you have made the requested changes :
Click "View Comment" to open the Client Comments side bar.
Click the "changes made" checkbox. Describe the changes you made or a message to your reviewer Click Send Email to open the emailing popup
Select the recipient Add a title and update message if needed.
The system will automatically places the "changes made" comment into the email message field. You can update it before sending.
Click "Send email"
