Each Client View page has a unique URL and is accessible on desktop and mobile by those with an email listed as a reviewer in the account's settings.
This page is divided into handy sections giving your clients a bird's-eye view of their upcoming posts and review status.
Once a post is ready for their review, you will send an email to your reviewers that contains a button with a link to their personal Client View Page. All they need to do is click on the button in the email to open their Client View and approve or request changes to the posts.
If you're not using the email function of rapidely, you can find the link to the page in the settings.
If your clients are happy with the post, they will click on the 'Approve' button. If they want to leave you a comment, they can do so by clicking on the comment button. Once approved, the post will move to the next step of the workflow - Publishing.
If your clients feel that the post needs a bit of tweaking, they can click on the 'Request Modification' button.
They will be prompted to leave a comment detailing the changes they would like to see.
Once they request a modification, the post will appear with a comment bubble in the "changes requested" section of the Client approval workflow.
After making the necessary adjustments, you can send the post back for review using the built-in emailing option.
Each client can manage their settings by clicking on the user icon in the top menu.
