If you're getting a white screen instead of a list of accounts to connect (or nothing is happening) here are the troubleshooting steps.

Normally when you open the panel to connect your accounts, you should see a page with different social platforms to connect, but sometimes this page is empty and something nothing happens when you click.
If you don't see the social networks, it's always linked to the browser. It can either be out of date, or has cookies or an extension interfering.
Here are the steps to try to solve the problem:
If you're using Firefox, try another browser.
Check that your browser is on the latest version. If not, update it.
Turn off all your Chrome (or other browser) extensions as they can often interfere with this step (most known ones are the translation or grammar correction extensions).
Close your browser and restart your computer.
Try connecting again
If it still doesn't work:
Empty your cookies and browsing history.
Restart your computer.
Try connecting again
