Sometimes things stop working.
It can be due to a system bug, a temporary web problem, cookies not updating, browser extensions clashing, a bad connection, one of the services we use having a problem of its own, the internet gods being angry or just... because 🤷🏼♀️.

close your browser and restart
If the problem persists, please send us all of the following information in our support chat:
Describe the specific problem you are experiencing.
What steps did you take
When / on what page does the problem occur?
Share the error message (if any).
Send us a screenshot of each step (or even better recording of the problem with www.loom.com).
Once we have these details, we can work together to find a solution to your problem 🤝.
Without this information we won't be able to help you 😢.

Rudeness will not be tolerated
We understand that it can be frustrating when a system doesn't work, but this in no way excuses aggressive or rude behaviour.
To ensure a respectful and safe environment for our staff and users, we adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards rude and abusive behaviour in our chat support.
Anyone showing disrespectful, threatening or abusive behaviour towards our staff or other users will receive a warning, and if this behaviour should continue will be immediately banned from the platform with no refund.
If the abuse is serious, we reserve the right to take legal action.
