Something isn't working

Sometimes things stop working.

It can be due to a system bug, a temporary web problem, cookies not updating, browser extensions clashing, a bad connection, one of the services we use having a problem of its own, the internet gods being angry or just... because 🤷🏼‍♀️.

If you're having trouble connecting your social media accounts or posting to social media, .

Before contacting us in support, we ask you to:

  1. Please try these troubleshooting measures:

    • reload the page

    • close the tab and restart

    • go back one step and start again

    • logout > login again

    • close your browser and restart

  2. If the problem persists, please send us all of the following information in our support chat:

    • Describe the specific problem you are experiencing.

      • What steps did you take

      • When / on what page does the problem occur?

      • Share the error message (if any).

    • Send us a screenshot of each step (or even better recording of the problem with ).

Once we have these details, we can work together to find a solution to your problem 🤝.

Without this information we won't be able to help you 😢.
