This is where your clients or reviewers come into play. This is a crucial step in the process that ensures your posts are reviewed and approved before they go live. It's essentially a quality check, but more importantly, it gives your clients a sense of involvement and control over the content that represents their brand.

The publishing section is where we hold posts that are ready until their big moment. It has two states:
Ready to Post (if the post can't be scheduled via an API (a Linkedin carrousel or Reel that needs to be posted directly from the platform)
Scheduled for all posts that are scheduled and waiting to be posted.

Use the Workflow view to efficiently orchestrate the stages of content creation, from task assignment to client approvals. This view is ideal for managing collaboration and maintaining quality control. When you want to view your entire content strategy for the month, or adjust the scheduling of your posts, switch to the Calendar view.
