Credit card debit not matching subscription price
Rapide.ly always collects the exact amount of your subscription, but as we are based in Switzerland, some cards (so far, it has only been French ones) add fees for "international" transactions.
To avoid these fees every month:
use another card that doesn't charge these fees (they already do with us...)
switch to a yearly subscription (you'll save 40% on your subscription and only be charged the international fee 1x)
You can make these changes in > my account > subscriptions.
Unfortunately, we can't do anything on our side, and for more information you'll have to contact your bank or credit card company.
