To avoid bots & spammy behaviours, Facebook & Instagram can sometimes limit posting from third party apps on newly created accounts.
To avoid problems with programming / posting, it is recommended to start using programming via an external system only after 15 days of posting content organically on the platform and having a few followers.
In settings > social media accounts click on Manage connections
A new tab will open with tabs for all social accounts you can connect to
Click on the social platform you want to connect to and complete the authorization process.
Click on All Done to return to the rapidely platform

If you're having trouble connecting a Linkedin business page, check that you have Super admin rights. Content Admin & Analyst roles won't be able to connect.
We use Ayrshare (a third party supplier) to connect your social accounts, that is why you'll see their logo and not ours in the social connection messages.
Your connected accounts will appear at the top of the Engage page.
If you have a multi account subscription with rapidely (Social Pro, Enterprise or Agency), each business account in rapidely has its own social media account connection and you need to complete this process for each account separately.
When the initial setup is done, you can add more accounts, disconnect or change accounts in settings > social media accounts and clicking on Manage connections
To unlink (disconnect) your social media account from rapidely, follow these steps.
In settings > social media accounts click on Manage connections
Click on a connected account channel you want to disconnect.
