Manage multiple accounts with rapidely
Multiple Accounts management
Rapidely offers the possibility of managing multiple business accounts at once if needed, such as:
A digital marketing agency working with multiple clients
A community manager overseeing several brands
A professional with different social media strategies (Linkedin vs. Instagram)
Someone who manages several accounts on the same social media network (2 Instagram accounts or 1 Linkedin Pro account and a Linkedin Perso profile)
A company managing several brands
Each business account comes with one set of social media accounts and one strategy.
The number of accounts you can add is linked to your subscription. If you need more accounts than you currently have, you can either upgrade your subscription or contact us in support chat and we can add more for you.
Subscription based
To manage multiple accounts, you need a Social Pro, Enterprise or Agency subscription. Here's how to upgrade your subscription.
One business account = one strategy
Each rapidely account is linked to one strategy. If you need different strategies for different social media channels, create a business account for each.
Adding a new Business Account
Open on the Accounts drop-down menu in your menu
At the bottom of your account list, click on Add a new account
Enter the account name
Click on the + Add button
Once you've added the account, you can set up the strategy, assign team members and connect social media accounts.
Adding accounts for Other teams
You can add accounts for another team if you hold administrative permissions.
Delete a business account
Select the account in the drop down list
Open Settings in the side menu
Click on Delete Account
If the delete account button is inactive (grey), this is because this account is your main account and cannot be deleted. To assign a new account as your main account, contact support.
