Send your request to support @ rapidely.app including a clear description of the issue including any screen shots that will help us assess the situation.
Paid accounts have access to our chat support for Technical & Subscription questions.
If something doesn't work or if you have questions about your subscription, click on the chat button at the bottom of the page.
If you can't login to your account, come chat with us on the login page.
Our support is online weekdays from 9am to 5pm CET.
If we are not online, simply leave your message and email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When leaving a message in the chat, please leave your email. We can't answer you if you don't leave your email.
We also cannot answer technical questions from other platforms than ours. If you have a problem with a Meta, Canva or other tool, you should contact their support.
We expect every one of our users to be polite and respectful with our support staff.
Any unacceptable, impolite or threatening behaviour is not tolerated and anyone displaying that type of behaviour will be immediately banned from the chat. In case of threats, the user will be immediately banned from our platform with no refund and the necessary legal measures will be taken.
