How to upgrade, downgrade, cancel and change number of accounts or team members

Upgrade to a higher subscription
If you want more features, team members or accounts, here's how to upgrade your subscription.
Click on your user icon in the menu
Click on Subscription / invoices
Modify plan
Choose a different plan
Increase the number of accounts or team members
If you're already on an Agency or Enterprise account and have reached the maximum number, contact support to add team members or accounts.
Downgrade to a lower subscription
If you have a multi-account subscription and want to downgrade:
Delete all additional accounts and team members
Contact support to make the change
Cancel subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Click on your user icon in the menu
Click on Subscription / invoices
Cancel plan
Choose if you want to cancel immediately or at the end of the paid period.
The cancellation must be made by the user in the system. Cancellation requests will not be processed by e-mail. If you need help, come and chat with us.
