If you don't see your Facebook account in the list
Make sure you're trying to connect a Facebook Page and not a Facebook Profile or a Facebook Group. Facebook does not allow the connection of private accounts and we are currently not set up for posting on Groups.
Make sure you're connecting to rapidely with a user that has management rights to your Facebook page (if you're not sure, check step 3 below).
Make sure the page is listed in your Facebook business account Meta Business settings and that you have owner, administrator or manager rights for the page.
Open your Facebook business account settings (https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/).
In Settings > Pages, check that your page is listed, otherwise add it.
In settings > People, make sure you're listed with full rights to the page.
If your Facebook Page is property listed and you have all rights, but the list still doesn't appear when you log in, please come chat with us with all the screenshots of your account configuration (see above) so that we can open a ticket with our supplier.
