The Internal Workflow

The internal workflow is your creative sandbox. This is where you and your team come together to brainstorm, strategize, and create compelling social media content.

You can set up this workflow according to your team's needs and assign roles to team members, making sure everyone is clear on their tasks and responsibilities.

Set-up Internal Workflow

  1. Give the step a name and add a description if needed, and if a team member is responsible for this step, add their name as task owner.

Task owners receive an email every time a task is dropped on their step, unless they turn this option off in their user settings.

  1. To add a new stage, click on Add Stage and fill out the information.

  1. Reorder the workflow steps however you want by clicking ont the arrows icon.

and click "edit workflow" (or open Settings in the menu > Internal Workflow)
