How it works

PreviousClient ReviewNextClient review settings

Last updated 1 year ago

  • Add your reviewers in the customer review settings

  • When a post is ready for review, add it to the Customer Validation step in the workflow.

  • Send an email directly to your reviewers from rapidely when everything is ready.

  • Reviewers click the button in the email which opens the Client page directly (no password to remember) and can view the posts in their Client page.

  • From their Client view, reviewers can approve the post or request a modification from a computer or mobile device.

  • When a post is approved by the reviewer, it goes straight to the publication stage, waiting for the big day.

  • When the post is published, it disappears from the customer view and workflow.

  • You can also activate automatic email reminders to your customers if they have not reviewed a post within the allotted time.

The four stages of Client review

Within the client review stage, there are four states that your draft post can be in:

  1. Not Seen: This is the initial state of your post when it enters the client review stage. It means your client hasn't yet seen or engaged with the post.

  2. Seen: When your client has viewed the post but hasn't taken any further action, the post enters the 'Seen' state. It's a step forward, indicating the client is aware of the post but hasn't made a decision yet.

  3. Approved: This is the green light you've been waiting for! Your client has reviewed the post and is happy with it and it is automatically moved into the publishing stage.

Changes requested: This state indicates that the client has viewed the post and has left a comment requesting changes. .

📅
It's a call to action for you to make necessary adjustments to meet your client's expectations
